Not satisfied with your order? We hate to hear that! At CLTFanCreations, each creation is made with the intent to make you, our customer, beam with excitement. We will accept returns under the following conditions within 30 days of original purchase. If the item is damaged or lost in transit, we will replace that item free of charge, as soon as possible. If the item is in good condition but isn’t what you had hoped for, we will fully refund your order after you ship the item back to us. Your refund will be issued within 10 days of the return to ensure that the item is successfully delivered back to us. In all cases, please fill out the form below and we will get it straightened out.
